Shipping

1. Processing Time

  • 1–3 business days for non-custom items

  • 3–7 business days for personalized, engraved, or made-to-order items
    Processing times may be slightly longer during peak holiday seasons.

2. Shipping Methods

We ship orders within the United States using the following carriers:
• USPS Ground Advantage
• USPS Priority Mail
• UPS
• FedEx (occasionally)

A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on:
• Delivery address
• Package weight
• Carrier rates

We offer free U.S. shipping on orders over $150.

4. Delivery Estimates (U.S. Only)

Estimated transit times:
• United States: 2–14 business days

Delivery estimates may vary depending on carrier delays, weather, seasonal volume, or other factors outside our control.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package is marked as Delivered but cannot be located, please contact us so we can assist you in starting a carrier investigation. We will work with you and the carrier to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

If the shipping address entered at checkout is incorrect:
• Contact us as soon as possible.
• If your order has not shipped, we can update the address.
• If it has already shipped, we may not be able to reroute the package.

Additional postage may be required for reshipment.

Returns

1. Overview

We want you to love your purchase.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at support@fatferretdesign.com and we will be happy to assist you.

2. Eligibility for Returns

Returnable Items:
• Non-custom items
• Items in original, unused condition
• Items returned within 14 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items:
Because of the personalized or final-sale nature of certain products, we cannot accept returns on:
• Personalized or engraved items
• Custom designs
• Clearance or sale items
• Digital downloads
• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

3. Exchanges

Exchanges are available for items that arrive damaged or defective.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos so we can assist quickly.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or is defective:
• Email support@fatferretdesign.com
• Include your order number
• Attach clear photos of the item and the packaging

We will replace or refund the item after reviewing the information provided.

 

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:
• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
• Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was due to our error

6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.

7. Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
• Custom or personalized orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
